As a director for Vimeo, he wanted to see what would happen if he crowd-sourced a remake of Star Wars: A New Hope. What he got was around a zillion Star Wars fans filming their own 15-second segments of arguably the most famous sci-fi movie of all time.

Put these clips together and you have Star Wars Uncut. An entire retelling of the original Star Wars movie, jury rigged together out of bad animation, bad acting, bad costumes and bad stop motion. Altogether, you have pure gold. Emmy winning gold.
